We recently purchased a home in New Westminster with the help of Jeremy’s expert service. We’ve had experience buying homes before but not in the greater Vancouver or New West area, both dynamic and sometimes crazy environments. Our situation was exacerbated by being abroad at the time. However, Jeremy was terrific. Very attentive to our requests and concerns and offering to show us listings remotely via video. He also took lots of extra pictures for us on our request.
When we met in person he spent a great deal of time with us and was patient, understanding, and informative. He was honest and forthright with us, even pointing out flaws in houses that we didn’t catch. We feel strongly that he gave us honest appraisals without over-selling things.
